Our Story

Kumar Academy was founded with one simple belief: students learn best when they have structure, clarity, and consistent guidance.

Unlike large tutoring centers that rely on generic lesson plans or rotate students between instructors, Kumar Academy focuses on personalized, one-on-one instruction designed around each student's needs. Every student is assessed early on so we can understand their current level, identify gaps, and build a clear plan forward.

Our tutoring covers a range of middle and high school subjects, including core math courses such as Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Geometry, as well as SAT and PSAT preparation. We also provide ongoing class support: helping students with homework, test preparation, and staying on track throughout the school year. We believe that strong fundamentals are the foundation for success, not only on tests, but in the classroom and beyond. Rather than rushing through topics or focusing only on short-term results, we emphasize understanding, consistency, and confidence.
